Location
The apartment is in a quiet urbanisation, 10 minutes drive from the centre of Calpe, 30 mins from Benidorm and 75 mins from Alicante
airport. This fantastic spacious 5 bedroom family apartment can comfortably sleep 10 people. The apartment is on the ground floor of a
Villa which has been adapted for wheelchair users. There are various patios for sunbathing and shade on those hot afternoons. Calpe
has all the attractions of a normal seaside town with 4 separate beaches and is famous for its superb fish restaurants. Nearby is
Terra Mitica, the famous theme park just outside of Benidorm and the newly opened Terra Natura, an animal and waterpark. Both are
accessible by wheelchairs. Wheelchair adapted taxis are available to help you get out and about. It is a 10 mins drive to the shops,
and 10 mins walk to nearest restaurant. The location is ideal for golfing holidays! 20 mins drive to nearest golf course.
Access
The two ensuite bathrooms both have roll in showers with grab rails, the WC has grab rails on either side and adjustable sinks. There
is a 3rd shower room available but it's not accessible. Calpe has wheelchair accessible beaches with disabled parking and disabled
toilets. There is a car port at the front of the property with space for 1 car. From here, there is a flat path all around the
apartment through the beautiful gardens to the apartment's front door. There is a ramped entrance into the apartment.
Accommodation
The apartment sleeps 10 easily and has 5 bedrooms; 2 fully adapted en-suite twin bedrooms,a further double bedroom and 2 single
bedrooms. There is also a sofa bed and two fold out single beds. The owners live upstairs and their aim is to offer holidays with a
"home from home" feeling.
Facilities
The apartment is fully furnished as a home from home and has all the facilities you could possibly need including washing machine, satellite TV,
CD player, microwave, grill, oven and hob. Hand and bath towels are provided, bedding is changed once a week. There is a 10m x 5m
swimming pool with sunbathing terrace and sun beds complete with BBQ area and pool hoist. The gardens have nispero, lemon, orange and
grapefruit trees and as its name suggests also grape vines as well as a wide variety of flowers and palm trees. You're more than
welcome to pick your own fruit and the main patio just outside the apartment entrance is ideal for breakfast with your freshly
squeezed juice in the morning sunshine or beautiful when lit up for a BBQ during the evening.

The resort is approximately 1 hr and 15 mins from Alicante airport. Approximate flight time from London 2.5 hrs
