Location  
La Coume is a renovated 17th Century 
farmhouse set in the rural heartland of the 
Languedoc-Rousillon region of France. 
The farmhouse and Gites are set in 200 
acres of land, in a small secluded valley, 
which includes meadows, hills, woods, 2 
streams and a small lake. Just two miles 
away is Amirepoix a beautiful, medieval 
City where there is a wide selection of cafes 
and restaurants and a local Monday market.

    There are three Gites that have been 
converted from an enclosed barn. They 
can be rented separately or as a combined 
unit for larger parties of up to 12 people. 
Each Gite has its own private patio 
overlooking the lake and is available on a 
self catering or B&B basis. They are well 
placed for the beach resorts on the South 
coast or breaks in the Pyrenees.
