Location  
Guergillès near Lannion - Cotes d’Armor 
Guergillès is a traditional Breton farmhouse
close to the picturesque Leguer valley and
within easy reach of the Pink Granite Coast
(Côte de Granit Rose). There are three gites
in the restored farm buildings of which one
is accessible for disabled travellers, and
they are available all year round.
Guergilles is an hours drive from Brest and
two hours from Dinard.

By Plane - Ryanair have flights from Luton
to Brest, or from Stanstead to Dinard. Flybe
have flights from Southampton, Exeter and
Birmingham to Brest. 
By Ferry - Portsmouth to St Malo on Brittany
Ferries or Plymouth to Roscoff.
By Train - Eurostar to Paris and then the
TGV from Paris to Plouaret-Tregor. 
Trains leave from Gare Montparnass and
 take about 3.5 hours. Plouaret-Tregor
 is 10km from Guergilles

Access
The bedroom on the ground floor of La
Grange has a fully accessible shower room,
en suite. There is level, paved access to the
front and back entrances, leading to disabled
parking area and sun terrace. Although La 
Grange is the only gite fully adapted for
 wheel chair users,Ker louarn is also suitable
for those with limited mobility, as all the 
accommodation is on the ground floor.

Accommodation  
Ker louarn A pretty two bedroom gîte sleeps
up to 4 people. As well as the double and twin
bedrooms, it has an open plan living room and
kitchen, a shower room, and a sunny, south
facing terrace at the front for al fresco dining.

Ker toud is a spacious two bedroom gite in
a newly converted barn. It has double and twin
bedrooms on the first floor with a shower room.
On the ground floor is an open plan living room
and kitchen/dining area. To the south is a sunny
terrace for sitting and eating out, as well as a 
large garden area to the north..

La grange La Grange is the largest of the 
gites, with three bedrooms it can sleep up to

Facilities
 La Grange is the name of the Gite that has 
the wheelchair access. On the first floor  
there is a large double bedroom, a  bedroom
with twin beds and bunk beds, and bath room.
On the ground floor there is a double bedroom
with an adjacent shower room, accessible for 
those with limited mobility. It also has a large
terrace and a play area to the north. For more

La Grange is equipped with washing machine, 
electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher,
fridge freezer, TV with English and French
channels, wood burning stove, and electric
radiators for winter visitors. Linen is also
available for a small additional charge, 
however guests can provide their own 
linen if they prefer.
