Location
Located on the sea front next to the Meloneras beach and only a short walk along the promenade from the Lighthouse and the Maspalomas Dunes Nature Reserve, this flagship five star hotel reproduces the most typical architectural elements of the Canary Islands. There's a selection of bars and shops nearby. Opened in 2004, the modern hotel is set in spacious grounds. In the Lopesan Villa del Conde Resort & Thalasso you can enjoy the comfort of its luxurious facilities in the authentic enchanting setting of a village of the Canary Islands, with its parks, square and stately homes with hanging wooden balconies in traditional Canarian style.
Access
The hotel is fully accessible. All the adapted rooms are on the ground floor and have a terrace to sit and relax on. The bathrooms have a bath with grab rails and the toilet is fitted with a toilet raiser. Within the hotel there are a number of swimming pools. There's also a pool hoist with a chair which swivels round and puts a person right into the pool.
Accommodation
This property offers 561 comfortable guestrooms(521 rooms and 40 suites) that are tastefully designed and come with a host of modern amenities. Each unit has a balcony that offers spectacular views of the surrounding. All include Internet access, a separate sitting area, cable/satellite TV, air conditioning, direct-dial phone, minibar, sofa bed, extra towels/bedding, private bathroom, hair dryer, handheld shower, in-room safe and iron/ironing board (on request).

The hotel is set amidst a tropical garden covering an area of 34,000 square meters. It has four pools, three of which are heated, two hot tubs and several terraces with sun beds and parasols. You can workout at the state-of-the-art gymnasium or re-energise your body in the jacuzzi. The hotel has an artificial grass tennis court, which is floodlit at night, golf corner, billiards, a games room and shuffleboard. A number of recreational activities are available either on site or near the hotel(fees may apply); golfing, surfing/boogie boarding, swimming, personal watercraft, sailing, water skiing, windsurfing, motor boating, yoga classes/instruction, and lots more. The hotel also has a hair salon and beauty services. There is Mini-Club for children aged 4 to 12 with an entertainment program, children’s pool and babysitter on request. Guests will find a boutique and newsstand in the Central Square and the hotel also has two meeting rooms.
