Location
These apartments in Playa de los Pocillos
(Puerto del Carmen area) are only 300 metres
from the large beautiful beach and directly
beside the centre, where you can enjoy your
vacation in company of your family or friends.
Puerto del Carmen has 8 different beaches of
golden sand which are 6 km long.
The tourist area of Lanzarote has a number
of beaches that are more than 1 km long and
also some small creeks between volcanic
projections. This is the reason why the
European Union awarded many times a prize
to Puerto del Carmen for the water quality:
many of the beaches have received the blue
flag award. 
Access
The area in and around the complex is
good and mostly quite flat, some areas
are ramped for wheelchair use.There are
a number of apartments in the complex that
have been adapted for wheelchair users and
they have wheel-in shower areas with the
appropriate grab-rails. The main town centre
is 1km away and the beach is 150m. 
Accommodation
The hotel has 373 apartments:The 1 bedroom
apartments are perfectly furnished and can
take up to four people. All apartments are
equipped with a bath or roll in shower a
terrace or a balcony. The apartments are
cleaned five times the week, and towels are
changed twice a week. 
Facilities
Facilities include kettle, fridge, kitchenette,
coffee machine. Available to hire are TV, iron,
washing machine, hair dryer, toaster, radio.
There are 4 pools with children sections
(one is heated during the winter season,
and has a ramp),tennis courts, table tennis,
& pool tables. There is childrens entertainment
organised by the staff. Also a 24 hour reception,
bike rental, gift shop, supermarket, laundry service. 
Food & Drink
The Latino restaurant serves buffets for
breakfast and dinner. In the morning you
can choose from cereals, cooked breakfast
or continental. In the evening you can have
pasta, many kinds of meats and fishes,
vegetables and a lot of cold dishes.
The Ponton restaurant (10.00-22.00)
serves local and Italian cuisine.

The AI programme consists of breakfast,
lunch & dinner - all buffet style, served in the
Latino restaurant. During breakfast tea,
coffee, water and soft drinks are offered;
during lunch & dinner, wine, beer, water

available during the day.Locally produced
alcoholic, drinks such as beer, wine, gin,
sangria, vodka, whiskey, brandy and soft
drinks, as well as warm drinks are served
from 10:00-22:00 at the El Ponton
restaurant and at the bars.
