This 5 bedroom/4 bathroom villa comfortable accommodates up to 12 guests and is located in the beautiful surroundings of 'Hampton Lakes' two miles south of the US192. It is ideally situated to enjoy all that Florida has to offer. The magical and enchanting World of Disney is only 15 minutes away.
MGM Studios, Epcot Centre, Typhoon lagoon, Sea World, Universal Studios are all within easy reach of the villa.
There are golf courses, shopping malls and numerous restaurants nearby. Interstate 4 provides easy access to either the Gulf Coast and its stunning beaches or the East Coast where you can enjoy the Kennedy Centre, Coco Beach etc..
The Villa is fully registered and licensed with the Florida State Tourist Board. A local representative ensures it is cleaned and maintained to the highest standard.
Access
This is a disabled accessible villa with a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor level that can accommodate disabled guests. The bathroom has a wheel/roll in shower (it is not the bathroom pictured below).
The ground floor is open plan and the front door and back patio door are ramped.
Accommodation
Fully air-conditioned Villa with 5 bedrooms which includes 2 master en-suite bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
Fully fitted kitchen including dish washer, fridge freezer with ice maker, microwave and waste disposal system. Laundry room.
Facilities
The Villa has a swimming pool, games room with pool table, TV, Stereo, XBox and games. 'There is a soft play area with a Little Tykes playhouse for the younger members of the group. A spacious family room with 50" T.V & DVD. Cot, High Chair and Safe facilities are also provided.
The communal facilities on site at 'Hampton Lakes' include tennis courts, volley ball and basket ball courts, and a large swimming pool.

The Villa owners only accept family groups and it is 'No Smoking' Villa. Also no pets.

Self catering Villa - There is an abundance of good quality restaurants in the area offering excellent value, with all tastes catered for. In general restaurants in Florida have very good access for wheelchair users.
