Location
This property is a three bedroom townhouse situated six minutes walk from a supermarket, banks and bars. It is located in the charming marine area of Los Cristianos only 15km(20 mins) from the Reina Sofía Airport, 700 meters close to the beach and less than 1 km(25 minutes walk) from the centre of Los Cristianos. There are two golf courses close by. An adapted vehicle is available for use.
Access
The house is fully adapted for wheelchair access. There's an electric adjustable bed with cot sides, a heated pool with hoist, a mobile hoist for transfer to bed. There's also a Wheelchair adapted vehicle available for use - drivers must be over 25.
Accommodation
There are 3 bedrooms and the house sleeps up to six people. The property consists of: a basement(garage with washroom and storage area) ;1st Floor:Kitchen, Living room/diner and bathroom. Patio doors leading to patio with a ramp to a private heated swimming pool with electric hoist over the pool for disabled access;2nd Floor: Three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each bedroom has single beds. One of the bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom suitable for a disabled wheelchair user. There is a lift installed for wheelchair access between floors. The property is fully wheelchair accessible both inside and out. An instruction manual for the lift and electrical appliances are kep in the property. A local representative is available to give a tour of the property and arrange transport.
