The Aparthotel Viva Mallorca,opened in 2004, is located only 450m from the beach of Ca’n Picafort and very close to the shopping centre. It is the ideal solution for families who wish to spend a first class holiday in the North of the Island. The hotel boasts beautiful landscaped gardens, modern and comfortable facilities, a complete Spa and magnificent swimming pools.

The apartments have a kitchenette with a fridge. The 2 bedroom apartments have 2 bathrooms. Specially adapted apartments for people with reduced mobility are available on request.
