Location
Located near the peaceful village of Finestrat,
just a few kilometres from the popular
holiday
town of Benidorm.
When entering the resort,
look south and you will see the coast of the
Mediterranean
Sea. The little town of Villa
Joyosa (
translation: city of jewels),
famous
for its sun bleached blue, pink, and yellow
painted
houses near the sea also claims a
part of this stunning panoramic

the completion of their TWO new luxury fully
fitted villas complete with air conditioning
and heating for the cooler months. Both of the
villas have three bedrooms and they can be
interconnected if required to sleep up to
eleven people.

Villa One - The three bedrooms all have
wonderful views to the mountains or sea.

doors to terrace area with table and chairs
for outside dining. Sky TV, CD Player.
Fully fitted kitchen with washing machine.
Two bathrooms/ wheel-in shower.
Villa Two - Two twin bedrooms with fitted
wardrobes, and one single bedroom.
Toilet and shower room, plus 2nd toilet.
Spacious lounge/dining room with door
to terrace area and ramped pool, (shared
with top villa). Sky TV, CD player.
Fully fitted kitchen with washing machine.
Access
The swimming pool is easily accessible
to wheelchair users and is surrounded by
level areas for sunbathing. All areas are
wheelchair accessible, with roll in shower
and disabled toilet.
Airport transfers in a wheelchair adapted
vehicle available on request. 
Facilities & Equipment
Use of electric hydraulic hoist, shower chair,
are included
in the price if required.
Each bedroom is equipped with a fully
adjustable electric bed with hoist.
The site has wireless internet connection.
A full care package is also available.
On site restaurant with terrace area/views
to the sea and to the mountains. Transport
service to the local beaches & attractions.
