Access throughout all areas of the hotel is good. The Infinity Pool offers ramped access with hand rails. There is room for a wheelchair to get around all areas of the pool. The public bathroom facilities at the pool are wheelchair accessible.
The doors to the bathroom slide instead of pulling out and there are grab rails for the shower & toilet. The width of the doors in the room are 89cm. The dimensions of the walk-in shower are 150cm x 89cm.
