A lovely old farmhouse styled home that has been entirely updated to a very high standard, in the heart of wine country. Fully accessible, situated in the Cave Spring Vineyard and nestled at the foot of the Niagara Escarpment. You can’t ask for a more stunning location. This home away from home in Twenty Valley enjoys lake views from the porch that will take your breath away.
Access
For ease of moving around, the house features wide halls and doors. There is a ramp to the entrance. One bedroom features a tracking hoist. The house features an adapted wet room, with a wheel-in shower, and grab rails. An elevator between floors can be arranged if needed. All of these features have been architect designed so are tastefully integrated.
Accommodation
Enjoy a fantastic view over the vineyards and Lake Ontario to the Toronto skyline while you breakfast at the kitchen table. A full dining room, living room and television room complete the downstairs rooms. There is also a large powder room.
Old school porches to the north and east and a spacious deck on the south side of the Vineyard Estate House offer plenty of outdoor relaxation space. The lot itself has a lawn and small orchard all surrounded by the Cave Spring vineyards.
Upstairs you’ll find four private bedrooms plus a den with a premium queen-sized pull-out that will comfortably accommodate another couple. The master bedroom has a private bathroom, and the others share a spacious bathroom.
