The cottage is nestled in the peaceful and tranquil Cornish countryside, located in the Tamar Valley it is officially in an area of outstanding natural beauty. The cottage is close to the wild and varied landscape of Dartmoor National Park and the city of Plymouth. A short drive west takes you to scenic Kit Hill and Bodmin Moor, home to The Beast of Bodmin Moor!
Access
The cottage meets the highest M3 access grading so no steps on the ground floor with wide doors. Profiling beds, hand rails and under worktop facilities are standard along with an optional hoist and other equipment to make everyone’s stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
Accommodation
Two bedrooms upstairs both ensuite and both either twin or double, there is a bedroom on the ground floor with wheel in wet floor shower area.
Facilities
The cottage is accessed by an entrance hall leading to a superbly equipped large kitchen, dining and lounge area. There is WiFi broadband internet access, along with TV, DVD player and HiFi.
The entrance hall also leads to a spacious double bedroom with new profiling beds, wall mounted TV, fitted wardrobe and en suite access to a fully equipped wet floor shower area. There is also access to the shower area from the entrance hall. Upstairs you will find two double bedrooms, both with an en suite bathroom, TV, seating and a fitted wardrobe.
Ample parking along with barbecue, picnic table with seating for up to six guests is provided in the courtyard area.
