Close to beaches, pubs and restaurants yet perfect for a quiet night in. Enjoy a BBQ, a picnic or walk in the woods. The cottage offers exceptional accommodation with spectacular, panoramic views from the living and dining areas and the master bedroom towards the Roseland Peninsula.

The cottage has been designed to be wheelchair friendly. It provides:
Accommodation
The cottage has a master bedroom with wet room and separate toilet and washbasin. There is also a bathroom equipped with power shower and bath. There are two further bedrooms each with twin beds. The fully equipped kitchen offers oven, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, dish washer and microwave. The dining and lounge areas enjoy an unspoilt view over open fields and down the valley towards the Roseland Peninsula. The cottage is heated by controllable under floor heating using the latest air source technology. All linen and towelling is provided (please note that this does not include beach towels).
Facilities
The cottage is single story and offers level access throughout. There is also level access to the private patio and BBQ area. A fenced and private south facing garden ensures that sun lovers can relax on the patio, light the BBQ and take in the glorious scenery. Freeview television is provided in the living area and master bedroom. Free use of cots, high chairs are available by prior arrangement. The cottage is heated by controllable under floor heating using the latest air source technology. Private parking for several cars is available as well as free boat/trailer storage for the duration of your stay. Free Wi-Fi access is provided.
