The cabin is set on a 250 acre traditional family run beef and sheep farm on the edge of the Peak District National Park, which is a treasure trove of flora and fauna. At certain times of year you can see rare plants such as orchids and cowslips, as well as birds and wildlife including buzzards, kestrels swallows, skylarks, foxes, badgers, hares and weasels. Situated between Ashbourne, Bakewell and Matlock it is conveniently located approximately one hour from Manchester, Birmingham and Nottingham East Midlands Airports and just 30 minutes from one of the UK's largest and most popular theme parks, Alton Towers.
