The cottage is on the grounds of an old Victorian farmhouse that was built in 1880’s and is situated in the hamlet of Helsey, on the North East Lincolnshire coast just five miles from the seaside village of Chapel St Leonards and ten miles from the historic market town of Alford.

This is one of two cottages converted from cattle sheds and stalls belonging to the former dairy within the private grounds of the house. The cottage sleeps up to five people in one double room and one twin bedded room with full sized bunks. The bathroom has a bath as well as the separate level access shower. The cottage's open plan living area overlooks the private south facing courtyard garden, which is for exclusive use of the guests and is equipped with seating and barbecues.
