This holiday property is located on the owner's small farm just a short distance from the quaint village of Wootton, which can easily be found when arriving from either of the island's main ferry terminals. The lodge is a beautifully designed, barrier free, single-storey lodge. This stunning, stylishly decorated property is not only perfect for wheelchair users, but also offers everything for families, couples, walkers and cyclists. This is an idyllic, rural location, there is an ancient woodland at the back of the farm in which to take walks. A flourishing habitat for wildlife, you are extremely likely to see foxes, birds and owls during your stay.

This lodge has an open plan living space with wooden floor and French doors leading to decking. the living room features electric fire and 39" Freeview TV.
The kitchen area is complete with electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
Bedroom 1 features a double bed and en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet, bedroom 2 has twin beds and bedroom 3 also features twin beds.
Facilities
Electric underfloor central heating included. There is a travel cot and highchair. The lawned garden has terrace, decking, veranda and garden furniture. 2 dogs are welcome, however they must be kept on a lead at all times as there is livestock in fields. There is also private parking for 2 cars. Electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all included. There is also a welcome pack for all guests.
