The cottage overlooks the woodland area of Herefordshire. The charming, contemporary cottage, converted from a stable, is ideally located just outside the market town of Hertford. Special consideration is given to disabled guests, and all facilities have been designed with thorough practical consideration for wheelchair use.

The cottage is decorated in calming, neutral colours. The high ceilings with skylights and French windows give a wonderful sense of space and really give the feeling of bringing the outdoors inside. The cottage has one bedroom, a lounge, dining area, and shower room. Beds can be twin or zip linked for a king size double. Bed linen and towels are provided, and there is a laundry room for your use. It also benefits from underfloor heating. The floor is strip wood effect vinyl. The property has a sofa bed in the living area. There is free Wi-Fi internet access, a television, DVD recorder, hi-fi, and hairdryer.
Facilities
The kitchen is fully equipped with self-catering facilities, including a fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and hob.
The cottage is owned by a local licensed riding school, and horse riding is available 6 days a week. In the local area there is 50 miles of bridleways and footpaths.
