The cottage is a semi-detached barn conversion set in a very peaceful, rural situation near Ellesmere in the heart of North Shropshire. The village itself Dudleston makes an ideal base from which to explore Shropshire, Cheshire and North Wales.

The cottage is accessible, it includes:

Ground floor has living room/dining room and kitchen. Twin bedroom with ensuite disabled wetroom to include grab rails and seat in shower. First floor has a double and single bedroom with bathroom with shower over bath and toilet. The property has parking for 2 cars, an enclosed garden, a hot tub and cycle storage.
Facilities
Living room has electric fire, oil fired central heating throughout, bedding and towels included. Cot and high chair availible on request. TV/DVD player, electric cooker, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer and Wireless Internet (WiFI) is available. 2 well behaved dogs are welcome but must not be left in property unattended and are not allowed upstairs or on beds or furniture.
