This is a spacious semi-detached accommodation located in the peaceful vale of Taunton Deane on the edge of the Exmoor National Park. The pretty village of Fitzhead is a wonderful base to explore the stunning local area. There is an abundance of attractions including, The West Somerset Steam Railway at Bishops Lydeard and The Museum of Somerset in Taunton. There are two great country pubs within approximately 2 miles. The pretty village of Milverton 2 miles and the town of Wiveliscombe 3½ miles has shops, post offices, restaurants, pubs and banking facilities.

The property is fully wheelchair accessible and has the following National Accessibility Scheme ratings: Assisted Wheelchair Access, Visual level 1, Hearing level 2. Downstairs there is a spacious wet room with grabs rails and shower chair. The kitchen also has some low level worktops and the living room is fitted with a hearing loop.

The house sleeps up to seven guests in three bedrooms, the accessible double room is on the ground floor (overlooking the garden) with the two remaining rooms and bathroom on the first floor. The property is also home to private gardens with a summerhouse and heated swimming pool and has a hearing loop.
