Next to the owners’ home, this is an excellent property for relaxing in and getting away from it all, but it is near enough to visit some lovely family attractions.
On your doorstep, you will find much to enjoy in the Blackdown Hills, perhaps a country walk from the property up to the Wellington Monument. Wellington has two supermarkets which will deliver groceries if needed, and there are good takeaways and restaurants in Wellington. Park Farm is adjacent to a bridleway, which offers great walking and cycle routes through the Neroche Forest Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
