The cottage is located just south of Whitby and offers accessible holiday accommodation with spectacular views across open countryside to the sea and North to Whitby Abbey. The farm makes an ideal base to enjoy Coast and Countryside alike.

At the cottage you'll find a spacious living area with all the comforts of home. You'll be ideally placed to enjoy Coast and Countryside alike. There are spectacular views with peace and quiet... you'll leave wanting more!

The cottage has full gas central heating and is on two levels with 3 bedrooms. 1 Double bedroom (King bed) and 2 Twin bedrooms (the ground floor twin has a fully profiling bed). There is a ground floor wet room bathroom with under floor heating, restored Victorian cast iron bath and wheelchair accessible shower with a selection of shower chairs available. The second shower/toilet is upstairs as well as en-suite to main bedroom with wash basin and toilet. The property also features a kitchen with electric oven and hob, washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave. A TV with free view, and DVD, an electric riser recliner chair in the Lounge, Free Wi-Fi and parking for 2 cars Outside: Tranquil sheltered East facing garden with patio seating area including table and chairs - views over horse fields.
