Located on Ring of Kerry, close to picturesque town of Kenmare, newly refurbished 2-bedroom cottage in scenic rural setting on hillside overlooking Kenmare Bay. Views to Caha Mountains and Beara Peninsula. Ring Of Kerry Golf Club, Pat Spillane's Bar, Templenoe Pier and Coss Strand (pebble beach) all within 1.5 k.m
Excellent base for exploring Ring of Kerry and Ring of Beara. Daydrives to Killarney National Park, Healy Pass, Conor Pass, Bantry House, Sneem, Derrynane etc.
Access
There is level access throughout the bungalow. Main toilet/shower room and Ensuite shower room have level deck showers. The main shower room is designed to accommodate wheelchair users and features raised toilet (470 mm high), grab rails and shower chair.
Accommodation
Master bedroom with 5ft double bed and ensuite toilet / shower room. Second bedroom with 2 single beds. Foldaway bed available on request. Comfortable sleeps 4/5.

Spacious open-plan living/dining/kitchen area leading to large south facing patio and half-acre garden. Open fireplace. TV, DVD player, radio/CD player. Patio furniture. Kitchen equipped to high standard - fan oven, Hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, pull-out ironing board, pull-out worktables, low-level storage facilities. Utility area off the kitchen contains washing machine, dryer.

Commode shower chairs, toilet raiser provided free of charge. Please confirm your personal needs at time of booking.
