Pentland Lodge House is conveniently located on the west side of Thurso (on the way to Scrabster). Despite being close to the centre of town our bed and breakfast is in a very quiet residential area with little passing traffic.
The centre of town is a short stroll away where you can find restaurants and shops. If you go via the beach and river you could see surfers, many varieties of bird, seals and if you are lucky, orca and otters. At night you may even see the Northern Lights. We have excellent tourist information for Thurso and the surrounding area in our information packs, along with home produced walking and driving tour guides.

As a family-run we seek the highest standards to make your visit comfortable, convenient and pleasurable whether you are a leisure or business guest. The 8 rooms can accommodate combinations of single, double (all king size or super king), twin and family. All rooms have power shower ensuite, individual temperature control, free wifi, flat screen TV, desk and seating space in addition to the other standard items.

Our window in the corner overlooks Thurso Bay and you can watch the surf We will serve early if you have to catch the ferry or later if you find our comfortable beds too appealing. Our breakfasts are cooked to order how you like it. If you have any dietary requirements please don't hesitate to ask for alternative products, we can easily provide free-from products when requested.
