This excellent accessible apartment is situated on the mezzanine floor of a classic building in one of the most prominent areas of San Sebastian, with well-equipped accommodation to comfortably house 6 on their holidays.
Access
The apartment is accessible, featuring wide, open-plan living areas with plenty of turning space, and a wet room with a wheel-in shower. There are no architectural barriers throughout the property.

The apartment offers a spacious, open plan lounge and dining room, a modern kitchen, two accessible bedrooms, and two fully-fitted bathrooms. The living area and the kitchen are lit by light from the large windows surrounding the rooms, some of which give excellent views of the pleasant path along the local river. In the sitting area there is also a sofa bed, which can be converted into two single beds. The dining area includes a beautiful table, with seating for six guests, where you can enjoy the unforgettable evenings of your holidays.
The first bedroom has a queen size bed and a spacious fitted wardrobe, and the second has two single beds, with views of the garden. Both bedrooms feature an en-suite bathroom with a shower cubicle.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances - including a dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator, ironing set, coffee maker, juice squeezer, kettle, mixer, and toaster; a complete set of kitchenware; and a table and chairs.
