Location
Casa Charlotte is situated in the historical centre of Nerja, in the neighbourhood of many shops, super-markets, authentic tapas bars and restaurants. It’s an original Andalusian house, which has been entirely re-designed and modernised into three luxurious and independent apartments adorned with hundreds of flowers: it is a real flower house..
The beaches are only a 5 min. walk away while the famous BALCON DE EUROPA is no more than 10 walking minutes away.
Access
The main door has a ramp for wheelchair access. The ground floor apartment, has complete access for the disabled traveller with wheel-in shower area with the appropriate grab rails in place.
Accommodation
The ground floor apartment (unit 1) is a one bedroom apartment with a large sofa bed of 2m. X 1.60m when opened in the living room. Total capacity: maximum 4 people.
In fact, in this apartment nothing is missing: Air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi Internet, Flat screen TV, good mattress with a viscous-elastic topper for guests with a sensitive back, washing machine, a dish washer, a hair dryer and we provide bath and beach towels, face flannels and also tea towels.
Facilities
If you like sun bathing or barbecuing then you will enjoy the shared sun deck with the “winter solarium” overlooking the neighbourhood, the mountains and the sea. On the shared roof terrace there is a charcoal grill for all to use and a fridge for keeping your drinks cool and so is an ideal place for wining and dining.
