Location
El Pleamar is the ground floor of a small low rise traditional white wash & terracotta building. Beautifully manicured lawns & pretty gardens with paved paths run to the door of the property & throughout the Laguna Beach complex. Laguna Beach is within the pleasant resort of Torrox Costa, in the quieter Axarquia region of the Costa Del Sol, east of Malaga. Torrox boasts the best climate in Europe. The whole resort is flat and has a long stretch of beach with a long flat promenade running the length of it with bars, restaurants etc off. The promenade has ramped access points onto the beach and everything you need is easily wheeled to and as such no hire car is required. Accessible transfers are available. The distance to nearest Town: 0.01 miles. El Pleamar is the sister property of Las Piedras.
Access
There are 2 acessible bedrooms(without en-suite) and 1 accessible bathroom. The adapted bathroom has a wheel-in shower and grab rails. Level Front Access or slightly ramped rear / beach access. Extra-wide doors. Torrox Costa has its own amphibious wheelchair, which is available free of charge for use on the beach and in the sea in the summer months.
Accommodation
Accommodation Sleeps Up to 6 - Two Bedrooms; 1 with double bed, 1 with bunk bed & double sofa bed in lounge. Beautifully furnished and finished, British Satellite TV, DVD Player. Open Plan Living Room, Kitchen & Dining Area leading on to conservatory / winter garden. Fully equipped kitchen in fantastic condition includes full hob & oven and dishwasher. Living Room includes Double Bed Settee and British Satelite TV. Conservatory can sleep extra person on day bed and has direct access to outside.
Facilities
There is a pool hoist for the Olympic Outdoor Pool in the summer months (May to October) and a pool hoist for the indoor heated pool in the winter months (November to April). There are two apartments: El Pleamar A has a double bed in each of the 2 bedrooms and El Pleamar B has one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with twin beds (one of which is an electric profiling bed).
Facilities include several pools. There are tennis courts, children´s play area, bars, restaurants, internet cafe & shops within the complex. Sea and Beach views from both living room and conservatory. All are accessible.
