Location
The villa is located on the prestigious Valle del Este Golf Complex just outside the walled renaissance town of Vera, in Costa de Almeria, south east Spain. Recently completed, in 2009, to a very high standard, the villa is part of an exclusive development of 24 properties, with it's own security access, known as Azahares Golf. The property is the end ground floor villa with its own rear private garden, adjacent to the communal pool, and it enjoys unsploilt views across the golf course and surrounding mountains. It directly overlooks the 11th, 12th, 13th, 14th and 17th holes. With sun terraces to the front and the rear, you can enjoy the Spanish sun all day and simply watch the world go by in truly idyllic surroundings. If the heat gets too much for you, just retire to the shade of the covered patio area. The villa also enjoys allocated car parking right outside the front door.
Access
The villa is mobility friendly with ramped entrance, wider doors, path access to the pool and allocated car parking right next to the front door. With the co-operation of a very understanding developer, the following facilities make life as manageable as possible for ourselves and guests:
Accommodation
The accommodation is designed for 4 adults with 2 twin bedrooms, 1 en-suite bathroom with separate bath and walk-in shower and a family bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The bedrooms have built-in wardrobes with plenty of storage. There is a fully equipped top-of-the range German kitchen overlooking a modern lounge with settees and satellite TV, and a dining area with table and chairs. The villa has a very light and airy feel with automated climate control throughout, providing air-conditioning for the summer and heating for the winter.
Facilities
There are sun terraces front and rear, for all-day sunshine. Golf clubs, cycles and beach equipment are all included.
