Location
This stunning villa, with beautiful sea views , located just outside of the traditional Andalucian village of Benalmadena Pueblo, Villa Montana is set in completely private grounds of 3000m2 with a very large private pool . There are a total of 9 bedrooms and can accommodate 15 people to the highest of standards. Facilities include one main house, with two smaller houses in the grounds. There is a large barbeque area with an outdoor kitchen and fully furnished terraces looking out over the sea.
As well as fantastic sea views there's a pleasant garden and pool to enjoy in Benalmádena Pueblo. The beaches, shops, restaurants and boulevards of Benalmádena Costa and Fuengirola are less than a 10 minutes drive away.
Access
The complex is wheelchair accessible and there is 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms adapted for wheelchair users. There is no pool hoist, but one can be hired if required.
Accommodation
Villa La Montana:The villa has 3 guests rooms on the first floor and a 2 bedroom, wheelchair adapted apartment at ground level. All rooms in the villa are hot and cold (air) conditioned and under floor heated. Studios(Casa Blanca): There is also 1 double studio (wheelchair adapted) at ground level and a double studio on the 1st floor with a nice terrace, both located in a separate building. Bungalow(Casa Bonita): In the garden there is a small and privately situated bungalow which sleeps max 4 persons.
Facilities
The swimming pool is heated. There is no pool hoist, but one can be hired if required. Catering can be arranged for meals. Minimum stay is 1 week. Airport Transfers and local transportation (at fixed times during the day) are included. For custom wheelchair transfers there is a supplement.
Suitable For
Villa La Montana, Studios Casa Blanca and Bungalow Casa Bonita are the ideal location for a peaceful and relaxing family holiday for the disabled or older holiday maker and their family.
Equipment
Commode shower chairs, hoists, scooters and other mobility equipment are available for hire. This must be arranged at time of booking holiday.
Care and equipment must be booked in advance.
Getting there
The resort is approximately 40 mins from Malaga airport. Approximate flight time from London 2.5 hrs
