Set around the former stable courtyard on a 500 acre Cornish dairy farm, this stone barn holiday cottage offers the perfect base to explore Cornwall. It is one of several barns that have been beautifully and tastefully converted into self catering holiday cottages featuring an acre of communal lawns, parking and a children's play-area.
Access
The cottage has no steps, wider doorways, appropriate hand rails and wheelchair accessible shower. This cottage is suitable for disabled and able-bodied guests alike.
Accommodation
The bedroom leads directly from the living area into an ensuite twin room. The ensuite bathroom can be accessed directly from both the living area and the bedroom. Leading from the kitchen are patio doors which take you to your own private patio with private hot tub, via steps and a gentle slope. This patio can be linked with a neighbouring cottage, giving more people a chance to holiday together, yet retain their own privacy.
Facilities
The cottage features a high beamed ceiling with an open plan layout. The living area has leather settees centred around a wood burning fire, with a TV and DVD player. The dining area leads onto the kitchen which has granite worktops and all appliances including washer dryer, dishwasher and American fridge freezer. This cottages has Wi-Fi access free of charge. This cottage also has the private use of a hot tub.
