Location
Ideally located for your holiday to Orlando and central Florida; Orlando is known as the vacation capital of the world and with almost 100 theme parks and attractions including Walt Disney World and Universal Studios it is easy to see why. Yet beyond them Orlando also offers a vast array of other activities ranging from a huge choice of exceptional golf courses to glamorous shopping malls. And past the man-made attractions of Orlando you will also discover the natural beauty that Florida has to offer with the superb beaches of the Gulf and Space coasts just over an hour away.
Katie's Villa is situated in a gated community. There are two villas, which are neighbouring (back to back), and there is easy access between the two villas for if large groups or large families hire both. The gate between them is lockable from both sides for your privacy when only one villa is booked.
The villa is located within easy drive to all the shops, restaurants and theme parks. They are in a conservation area, so it is lovely and peaceful too.
Access
The two villas are both wheelchair accessible. All doors are accessible in the villa and wheelchair access is by ramps to the pool area form every door. These are the ramps leading into the living room, the master bedroom downstairs and the pool shower room/toilet from the pool deck to the house.
Other features include wheel in showers, electric profiling bed, grab rails, bed rails, shower/commode chair, electric pool hoist, portable hoist.
Accommodation
The home has a spacious living area, a formal dining area, a large open plan kitchen, 6 bedrooms comprising of 2 King en-suite (one of which is located upstairs), 2 Queen bedrooms 1 with en suite and 1 with adjoining bathroom, plus 2 twin bedrooms 1 with en suite bathroom and one with one half bathroom (consisting of sink and toilet).
The villa has a 28 x 15ft pool with a large deck area and screen plus plenty of comfortable chairs and recliners to relax on.
Facilities
Katie's Villa is equipped to a very high standard, and guests will find everything they need for a perfect holiday! The villa is fully air conditioned, with free local and international calls, security safe, alarm, intercom system and smoke alarm. Living/dining areas have 40" surround sound TV and DVD/movie library. TVs and DVD players are also in each bedroom, along with hairdryers, ceiling fans and radio alarm clocks. Kitchens are fully equipped with everything you may need. Additional facilities include laundry facilities, games room, and high chairs, cots, stair gates, and baby monitors for the youngest guests.
