Aberystwyth Golf Club and Aberystwyth Castle are only within 5 minutes’ drive. The National Library of Wales and Aberystwyth Arts Centre are within 20 minutes’ walk, and Penglais Nature Park is only 3 minutes away by car.

The cottage is accessible, and features an en-suite disabled wet room, which includes a wheel-in shower.

The cottage features 3 bedrooms, one is located on the ground floor. The house enjoys a very large open plan kitchen and lounge, as well as a conservatory to the rear adding more space to the ground floor.
Bedroom 1: Located on the ground floor, this double bedroom can sleep 2 and has a wet room en-suite.
Bedroom 2: This bedroom is a triple bedroom, and is incredibly spacious. There is a double and single bed, with a day bed and if required an additional single bed, in total the bedroom could sleep 4. There is a shower room en-suite and a balcony from where you can enjoy the amazing views from the comfort of your bedroom.
Bedroom 3: The third bedroom enjoys spectacular views with floor to ceiling windows, and a bathroom en-suite. There is a double bed, and a seating area which can be changed to a sofa bed for additional sleeping space.

On the ground floor, this house has a large open plan kitchen, living room and dining area. To the rear there is also a conservatory for added living space, and to the front there are French Doors opening onto a patio with outdoor bench.
