This complex is located 1 mile from Aberystwyth's town centre. Although the property is situated in a countryside setting, the cottages benefit from being close to Aberystwyth with the all the amenities of a coastal town. This cottage was formerly a busy dairy farm but now the farmhouse and its surrounding buildings have been sympathetically converted into 11 separate self catering holiday cottages. The cottages, named after traditional farm buildings, vary in size and accessibility and benefit from shared grounds which include a children's play area.

The cottage, which has 4 bedrooms sleeping up to 9 people has been created with easy access in mind. As well as a spacious living area and an accessible kitchen there is ramped access down into a conservatory with a large dining table. This property also includes a ground floor bedroom that contains a double and single bed and has its own wet-room. The cottage is attractive and has good internal access around the whole of the ground floor. The types of bedroom are:
Facilities
Their cottages have a fully functional kitchen which include a fridge freezer, electric cooker and microwave. Some of their properties have dishwashers, and there are also some with washing machines. There is underfloor central heating for the colder months, along with Freeview TV, a DVD player and a CD player. They also offer free Wi-Fi to their cottages.
