This award-winning cottage is located peacefully down a quiet country lane between the bustling coastal resorts of Pendine and Amroth. The cottage is situated on a small complex with a small farm shop on-site and has been restored to a very good standard. The location is perfect for couples or families looking for a seaside getaway.

This property is all on one level, and has a wet room. If you require any other mobility aids, these can be arranged.

The cottage is all on ground floor. There is a Living room, Dining room and Kitchen with tiled floors throughout these rooms. There are 2 bedrooms, the first bedroom has a double, 5ft four poster bed. The second bedroom has a set of bunk beds, making the property ideal for a young family. The wetroom has shower with shower seat, grab rails and a toilet. Outside you will find a small courtyard with patio, sitting-out area and furniture in addition to parking for 2 cars.

The property benefits from Wi-fi, Freeview TV, an iPod docking station, DVD player, Stereo/CD player, Gas cooker, Microwave, Dishwasher, as well as a shared laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. As the cottage is set in 17-acre grounds, those visiting this property are encouraged to make use of the 5-acre enclosed dog run field, enclosed lawned children’s play area and sitting-out area with garden furniture (shared with other properties on-site) and the bike store.
