The cottage is on the grounds of an old Victorian farmhouse that was built in 1880ís and is situated in the hamlet of Helsey, on the North East Lincolnshire coast just five miles from the seaside village of Chapel St Leonards and ten miles from the historic market town of Alford.

There is ramped/level access into accommodation.
This is one of two cottages converted from cattle sheds and stalls belonging to the former dairy within the private grounds of the house. The cottage sleeps up to five people in one double room and one twin bedded room with full sized bunks. The bathroom has a bath as well as the separate level access shower. The cottage's open plan living area overlooks the private south facing courtyard garden, which is for exclusive use of the guests and is equipped with seating and barbecues.
Each cottage has a selection of games and books as well as TV, DVD player, hi-fi systems and free wi-fi access. There is also:
- A fully fitted kitchen area located in the open plan living room. Cooking is by electricity.
- Microwave, coffee maker, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment.
- Central heating/electricity included in the rent.
