The cottage overlooks the woodland area in Hertfordshire. The charming, contemporary cottage, converted from a stable, is ideally located just outside the market town of Hertford. Special consideration is given to disabled guests, and all facilities have been designed with thorough practical consideration for wheelchair use.

The cottage is decorated in calming, neutral colours. The high ceilings with skylights and French windows give a wonderful sense of space and really give the feeling of bringing the outdoors inside. There is a bedroom on the ground floor with a connecting door to the shower room, and another galleried bedroom. The shower room can also be accessed from the hall. All beds can be twin or zip linked for a double. Bed linen and towels are provided and there is a laundry room for your use, or if you prefer a 24 hour laundry service. The floor is wood effect vinyl and benefits from underfloor heating. All light fittings and sockets are easily accessed. There is free WIFI, TV, DVD recorder, hi fi, and hairdryer. It also benefits from having a sofa bed in the living area.
There is a lounge dining area, the kitchen which is fully fitted has, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob.
The cottage is owned by a local licensed riding school, and horse riding is available 6 days a week. In the local area there is 50 miles of bridleways and footpaths.
