Nestled in the 17 acres of undulating gardens and woodlands the cottage offers an opportunity to relax in a quiet and peaceful setting, whilst providing a base from which to explore one of the most attractive and historic parts of the south coast of England. Just 7 miles from Eastbourne, with Hastings, Brighton and Hove all within a 30 mile radius there are plenty of popular seaside towns to choose from as well as many other historical sites locally.

The galley style kitchen area is well equipped and benefits from an additional low level accessible kitchen worktop and sink. The wheelchair user can access the property through the back door entrance of the property.
