The cottage is on the beautiful coastline of rural West Sussex overlooking the sea. It is set in a quiet and peaceful location with the beach just 50m away and the river Adur running behind. The one bedroomed property adjoins the owners and sleeps two people. The local beach is now home to a newly finished Boardwalk which stretches along a good mile, offering stunning views across the south Coast. The nearby town of Shoreham-by-Sea is approximately a 10-12 minute walk/wheel away.
The cottage is accessible, it includes:
Wheelchair accessible shower room
There is level/ramped access into accommodation.
The property is adapted for those with wheelchairs or have difficulties walking or bathing. So the rooms have spaces to accommodate that and they are all done out in a cottage style. With its own entrance via patio and garden it provides a comfortable and homely atmosphere. The bedroom can be arranged as two singles enabling access and transfer. If a third person is involved a bed settee is available. Equally it can be arranged as a double bed which overlooks the garden. If wheelchair users are involved, the bedroom can be arranged to suit transfer arrangements. The lounge offers a double bed settee.
