The Workshop Cottage was formerly a busy dairy farm but now the farmhouse and its surrounding buildings have been sympathetically converted into 11 separate self catering holiday cottages including a 9 bedroomed bunkhouse. The cottages, named after traditional farm buildings, vary in size and accessibility and benefit from shared grounds which include a childrens play area.
The Workshop Cottage sleeps up to 9 people in 3 bedrooms, one of which (a twin room) is located on the ground floor. This ground floor bedroom is wheelchair accessible and has lateral transfer (left hand) to one of the beds. They are more than happy to accept pets at an additional cost.
Their cottages have a fully functional kitchen which include a fridge freezer, electric cooker and microwave. Some of their properties have dishwashers, and there are also some with washing machines. There is underfloor central heating for the colder months, along with Freeview TV, a DVD player and a CD player. They also offer free Wi-Fi to their cottages, however this does not extend as far as the lodges.
