Accommodation
As you arrive at the Best Western Valley Hotel, you will find the disabled parking space on the left at the end of the car park. Reception is at the front of the hotel but disabled access is at the rear through the Chez Maw Restaurant Entrance on the patio. The ground floor including the restaurant are all accessible with the floor surface being either carpet or wood. Between the covered hall area and the lift there is a long curved ramp which is carpeted. This is the way to access the accessible double room, and as the lift needs the button pressing down for the whole journey too, this could mean visitors will need someone to help them. The double room and en-suite wetroom are very accessible, although for more able visitors there is a twin - bedded room on the ground floor, with an accessible bathroom, that is smaller but nearer to reception and does not involve use of either the ramp or the lift.

Penquite Farm is set in rural countryside above the Fowey Estuary and has three cottages, with their own private surrounds. One, Coaches Rest is a single story barn that has a double bedroom with en-suite with a level entry shower (a wet room) and is suitable for people with restricted walking ability and wheelchair users. A well-equipped oak kitchen includes an electric hob, fan assisted oven/grill, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment and is equipped to a very high standard.

Also on the ground floor are a spacious twin bedroom and a walk in shower/wet room with toilet and hand basin. On the first floor there is a luxury double bedroom with beamed ceiling and an en-suite with power shower, toilet and basin. The cosy single bedroom is beautifully furnished and includes a pretty day bed and a view through the velux window.
