A family run property situated in a quiet area. It consists of 38 apartments (32 one bedroom and 6 studio apartments) all situated in one building of 5 floors, including the ground floor. It is situated in a quiet position only 200 meters from Pernera Beach, a 5 minutes drive from the centre of Protaras and only few minutes walk from restaurants, taverns and shops.
