Access
Good access in the hotel. Due to the lack of drop kerbs, electric wheelchairs are not recommended as assistance may be required. Carefully appointed air- conditioned rooms with terrace and ramp to the pool area. The main swimming pool is located next to the accessible rooms and has a sloped entry as does the childrens pool. The other pools are not accessible by wheelchair due to the 32 steps to access this area.

The accessible ground floor rooms have lowered wardrobe rails for easier use, are spacious and inter connecting rooms are available. The bathrooms have wheel-in shower and shower seats are available for hire if required. Unfortuatley there are no grab rails in the bathrooms.

Accommodation
The hotel offers 321 guest rooms, suites and 4 villas all with balconies and/or terraces. Most of the rooms have views of the four swimming pools, Naama Bay promenade or the magical waters of the Red Sea. Room facilities include international direct dial telephones, satellite TV and movie channels. hair-dryer, in room safe deposit and minibar.

Facilities
Stretching along the crystal clear waters of the Red Sea, the private sandy beach is a beautiful place to relax and unwind. Relieve your mind by laying down around any of the swimming pools, which are elegantly distributed within the hotel premises. As for your kids, let them play nearby in their private pool. You can also treat yourself to a massage, sauna or jacuzzi at the Health Club. You can also enjoy your all inclusive meals on the private beach without having to return to the hotel. There is a large swimming pool with water slides, an olympic swimming pool and a secluded oasis pool. Accessibility has been significantly improved in Egypt, however it is still not possible to hire mobility equipment or to source adapted taxi transfers. Some hotels provide shower/commode chairs. Please ask the office about this at time of enquiry.

Please note: Adapted taxi transfers are not yet available in Egypt so the disabled person must be able to transfer out of their wheelchair into the car.
