A prime location, riverside site on the Norfolk Broads. From here, you will enjoy one of the best holiday experiences in course fishing, bird spotting, and observing the wildlife. Expect to see some river traffic; yachts meandering past, the occasional traditional broads wherry, and motor boats taking a Sunday style cruise.

The Norfolk Broads is one of the most picturesque parts of England and offers perfect tranquility and beauty for all visitors.

This Cottage is set in private grounds, with main river frontage and surrounded by water on three sides. The cottage sleeps five all year round and an Annexe building sleeping four more is available between Easter and October.

Access
Eagle Cottage consists of a main building and Annexe. Both are wheelchair friendly with ramps and wide doors throughout the single-level ground floor. A large hard surfaced driveway separates the two buildings.
Cottage Ground Floor: One large bedroom contains twin beds (king-size doubles) with ample space around, and a washbasin. The bathroom contains a toilet with drop down support bars. Wheelchair friendly shower facilities are in the Annexe.
Annexe (all ground floor): One twin bedroom with en-suite facility includes floor-level shower and toilet with support bars. A second double bedroom is adjacent with its own bathroom.

Accommodation
A ramp and door at the rear of the building lead into a hallway with toilet room and sink. The corridor continues to the Kitchen, Living Room, Twin Bedroom and Bathroom. Stairs lead to a double and single bedroom on the first floor that also has a large sun-terrace with outdoor furniture. The Annexe building provides two bedrooms; one twin with ensuite toilet/shower room, and one king size double with en-suite toilet/bathroom.

The Kitchen is fitted with a large fridge/freezer (50/50), dual oven, electric four-ring hob, microwave, kettle, large toaster, and full size dishwasher. A washing machine and tumble dryer are positioned in the hallway by the rear door.

The open plan living and dining room contains furniture for nine guests. Large panes of glass provide stunning views across the lawn, upriver and down. An internet connected SmartTV provides FreeviewPlay, Netflix and most catch up TV services.
