Located on the main river in Horning, with stunning views upstream and down. Sit back, relax and enjoy the view.
A prime location, riverside site on the Norfolk Broads. From here, you will enjoy one of the best holiday experiences in course fishing, bird spotting, and observing the wildlife. Expect to see some river traffic; yachts meandering past, the occasional traditional broads wherry, and motor boats taking a Sunday style cruise.
The Norfolk Broads is one of the most picturesque parts of England and offers perfect tranquility and beauty for all visitors.

This property can be accessed by an exterior ramp (gradient 1:12) at the side of the property. This leads to a hard-surface driveway, for one car. Additional car parking spaces are 50m from the property. Side and front doors are 32" wide, suitable for assisted wheelchair users. Wide interior doors lead to the bedrooms and facilities. The toilet room is wide for wheelchair use and lateral transfers. The shower room features a floor level shower with wall-mounted handrails. VisitEngland publishes a formal Accessibility Guide online and they have rated this property as suitable for older and less mobile guests.

Quayside Lodge shares a large lawn area of 75ft with Horning and Riverside Lodges and is designated a larger/deeper area due it’s position set slightly further back from the river. A river inlet is located to one side and may be used with permission for mooring a small boat. With the exception of access requirements guests are expected to use only the lawn area in front of their lodge.
An open plan lounge/dining area, with Freeview TV, DVD player and Free WIFI (new in 2020). A modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven/grill/hob, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, toaster and kettle. Double doors lead to a small riverside balcony and decking area, overlooking the lawn.
All bedrooms have a wash basin and consist of two twin rooms, and a double room. One shared toilet room. One shared shower room.
