This beautiful cottage is situated on a converted farmyard on the outskirts of the quiet village of Bircham. It is located about five miles from the Royal Estate at Sandringham and seven miles from the North Norfolk Coast. It is in an area of natural beauty but it is essential that you have some form of transport.
The owners of this cottage pride themselves at being a home away, their cottages are warm and welcoming for the abled as well as the disabled. They welcome everybody, including pets. They do not allow smoking inside the properties.

The cottage is accessible, it provides:
Accommodation
The cottage is a large open planned barn conversion, spread over 2 floors and is fully centrally heated. The downstairs benefits from under floor heating. It has its own enclosed parking and garden.
There are 2 downstairs bedrooms, 1 single and 1 large twin. The twin has ensuite access to a good size roll in shower room with toilet and wash basin. Upstairs there are a further 3 bedrooms, 1 single, 1 king size and 1 twin. The king size and the twin both have ensuite shower rooms.
There is lift access to the upper floor to enable everyone to enjoy the views. Upstairs there is a gallery, a small seating area looking out over the fields.
Facilities
The stunning sitting room comprises of comfortable seating and a large plasma TV/DVD player. There is also a dining table here capable of seating 8 - 10 people. It has beautiful views over the fields.
It has a separate kitchen, also with a table to seat 6. It has low level hob units and work surfaces. There are 2 ovens, one standard size as well as a larger range style oven. It has a fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave. There is also a utility room which houses the washing machine as well as a downstairs WC. There is wireless access to the internet which you can link to if your lap top is compatible. The beds are all made up with crisp, fresh linen, including duvet covers, fitted sheets and pillow cases. Blankets are available at request. They do not provide towels so you will need to bring your own.
