This cottage is situated on a converted farmyard on the outskirts of the quiet village of Bircham. It is located about five miles from the Royal Estate at Sandringham and seven miles from the North Norfolk Coast. It is in an area of natural beauty but it is essential that you have some form of transport.
The owners of this cottage pride themselves at being a home away, their cottages are warm and welcoming for the abled as well as the disabled. They welcome everybody, including pets. They do not allow smoking inside the properties.

The cottage is a single storey property with level access throughout. It has its own private patio and spacious garden overlooking some beautiful views of the North Norfolk Countryside.
There are 3 bedrooms, a twin, a larger twin and a double. The larger of the twin rooms and the double share ensuite access to a large roll in shower room with toilet and wash basin. There is another separate bath room with bath, toilet and wash basin.
Facilities
The cottage is fully centrally heated and has a large comfortable sitting room with TV/DVD player, it also has a second sitting room which is perfect for those quieter moments when reading a book or simply taking some time to enjoy the views.
The kitchen is complete with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, cooker, hob and microwave. There's also wireless access to the internet. The beds are all made up with crisp, fresh linen, including duvet covers, fitted sheets and pillow cases. Blankets are available at request. They do not provide towels so you will need to bring your own.
