The Morasol Suites are located on the first line from the sea, right at the Puerto Rico Marina, and only 400 metres from the beach on the southwest coast of Gran Canaria. The stunning coastline includes rolling Sahara-like dunes, glorious white sand beaches and transparent waters acclaimed for their cleanliness. The hotel is accessible, featuring disabled adapted apartments, which have a wheel-in shower, shower seat, and grab rails. The apartments also feature an accessible balcony. There are no steps around the apartment, all of the floor is level. All common areas around the hotel have no architectural barriers, and sun beds are reserved for disabled persons. There is ramped access to the pool, and onto the nearby beach.

The hotel features spacious apartments, including a separate bedroom, balcony, fully-equipped bathroom with a hairdryer and magnifying mirror, and living room and television. The kitchen is fully self-catering, including all kitchenware, a toaster, refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, juice squeezer, and microwave.
