The Aegean Village is situated on the south coast of Kos, only a ten minute walk from Kardamena and 8 kilometres from the airport. Built on a slope, every corner offers magnificent views of the endless deep blue Aegean sea. The main buildings and the accessible rooms are located at the bottom of the slope whilst the 330 rooms are built within the hillside. Breathtaking views can be seen from the spacious, cool, bright, newly renovated hotel rooms, which are built in bungalow style on the hillside.
Aegean Village can cater for a wide variety of needs for all age groups. There is something for everyone to do. There are three fresh water swimming pools, two outdoor and one indoor. The outdoor swimming pools are one of Olympic size and one separate children's pool. In the fitness center the indoor pool brings to mind a roman bath, which can be heated in the cooler months. Here the Jacuzzi, Saunas, Gym, and Massage Facility are also housed.
Access
The resort is built on a hill. The main buildings and the accessible rooms are located at the bottom of the slope whilst the 330 rooms are built within the hillside. Bathroom is equipped with roll-in shower and grab rails, also with wall mounted stool. The outdoor pool has roman steps with a handrail.
Accommodation
All rooms are comfortably and tastefully furnished with private bath facilities, hair dryer unit, direct dial telephone, Satellite TV, complimentary plug-in-&-play internet access, fridge, individual use air-conditioning unit, safety deposit box, full length mirror, make-up mirror, toiletries and comfortable arm chair.
Each room has a balcony or terrace with table and chairs where one can relax and enjoy the superb views and quiet peacefulness in the evenings under the starlit sky. Guest rooms can accommodate up to three adults. There are also baby cots available for infants
Facilities
The main building consists of the reception area, TV Lounge (with free WiFi internet connection), cocktail bar, restaurant and conference & meetings centre. In addition, the hotel provides day and evening entertainment for both adults and children.
During the day the sandy golden beach front of the hotel is a perfect place to relax on the sun beds under the umbrellas, or to catch up on your water sports. There is also a fitness centre where the hotels gym, saunas, indoor pool and massage facility and doctor's office may be found. Other sports facilities include and Olympic size outdoor fresh water swimming pool, 4 Flood-lit tennis courts, multifunctional court with Volleyball and Mini-Soccer, Mini-Golf, Water polo, Beach Volleyball, Darts, Games room with Billiards, Table Tennis and Foosball Table.
In the shopping arcade there are a mini-market with daily necessities, daily newspapers, snacks, beverages, folk art and souvenirs, a boutique, jewelry shop and hair salon.

The pool bar situated next to the outdoor pools, boasts its' homemade ice-cream and wide variety of hot & cold beverages. At the other end of the swimming pool there is a self-service restaurant, where guests can enjoy traditional Greek and international cuisine for lunch in the shade.
Main Buffet Restaurant
The elegant restaurant in the main building is where guests can enjoy breakfast and dinner, either inside or on the terrace overlooking the Aegean Sea. At breakfast the restaurant serves a stretched continental buffet. Every morning fresh pastries, croissants, different breads and cake are baked in the hotel's own bakery. A selection of sausages, hams, cheeses, cereals, fruits, marmalades, variously prepared eggs, baked vegetables, Greek yoghurt and honey are available. In the evening our Chef prepares a wide selection of cold appetizers and warm dishes, of International and Greek cuisines. For desert the homemade ice-creams and deserts are a true treat!
Pool side Snack Bar
At lunch guests may choose our pool side snack bar which offers an array of cold salads, warm dishes, snacks, fruits and deserts. Freshly homemade pizzas with guests' selection of toppings, as well as the "gyros plate" served with pitta bread, tomatoe, onions and 'tzatziki', or mousaka are favourites.
Evening Cocktail Bar
On those warm summer nights guests may enjoy relaxing cocktails, hot or cold beverages, and drinks of your liking on the bar's large terrace overlooking the lit up swimming pool or Aegean Sea.
