These two adjoining cottages are situated in a quiet countryside setting on a family run farm within easy reach of the beautiful Norfolk coast. The properties have been sympathetically converted from a former traditional Norfolk barn to create level access, single storey, two bedroom holiday accommodation.

Both holiday cottages form part of one original barn, and are identical in layout and accommodation.
Each cottage benefits from a large open plan living area and access to its own private garden. If required, both cottages could be let jointly to sleep up to 8 people making this property also ideal for extended families or small groups.
The first cottage has 2 double bedrooms. The second cottage has 1 double bedroom and the option of taking the other bedroom as either a super king double bed, OR, as 2 single beds. Please specify when booking what set up you would like.
Facilities
A large living space has 2 large sofas, one of which converts to a double sofa bed, and then onto the kitchen and open plan dining area beyond. Mod cons include: a 32 inch flat screen, freeview TV and DVD player, dishwasher, washing machine, electric cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer and CD player/radio. Optional equipment that can be provided free of charge: travel cot (please supply own bedding), simple highchair (no reclining function), raised loo seat (adds 4 inches to height of the loo seat), shower chair and/or commode and riser armchair for living room in one of the holiday cottages.
