This large apartment (about 120 sq. mt or 1300 sq. ft) is located in the heart of Rome just 5 minutes walking from the Coliseum in a very prestigious and elegant old roman building. The flat is situated on the ground floor inside an old court - it is very quiet and safe and has an independent entrance.
Access
Situated at the heart of Rome, five minutes from the magnificent surroundings of the Coliseum, this recently renovated (Jan 2013) accessible apartment is in a perfect location for a city break in Rome. The apartment is on the ground floor of an antique and prestigious palace featuring, among other things, comfort and serenity with a doorman guaranteeing cleanliness, a helping hand and security. Guests with guide dogs are welcome. There are no steps at the entrance. The apartment is composed of 3 bedrooms, of which 2 are accessible, accommodating up to seven people.
There is a second adjacent apartment. Both apartments have individual entrances but share the same traditional Roman courtyard. Rent both apartments for large families gatherings or groups. The two apartments together can accommodate up to 11/12 people. The building has been recently inspected and all licenses have been renewed and security measures have been taken to ensure and guarantee proper safety and security.
With its archaeological district, these unique locations promise to make your stay with us enjoyable and memorable and at the same time, you would not have to worry about transportation, two metro stations and the main bus stops are right outiside the building and/or neighbourhood markets because they are all accessible to you at a short distance.
Access
One of the bathrooms is accessible with a comfortable and large shower, special needs toilette and a low sink, and the second is smaller with toilette, bidet and sink. 2 of the 3 bedrooms are accessible.
Accommodation
The apartment can accommodate up to 7 people in the 3 bedrooms and living room (with a modern sofa bed). In Jan 2013 both apartments were completely renovated including new bathrooms and mattress. The 3 bedrooms are all large and comfortable with air conditioning. The main bedroom (accessible) has a king size bed; the second bedroom (accessible) has a full size French bed, and the third bedroom (not accessible) has 2 twin beds. There are 2 bathrooms in the flat: the larger one is fully accessible. The living room is large (40 mt), with a large table for 8 people, a nice sofa-bed and a TV. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, dish-washer, toaster, refrigerator, freezer, and air conditioning. The building has also a Front Desk Service. There is also a washing machine,

Local amenities such as a grocery store, a tobacco shop, bars and a supermarket with fresh bread are nearby. Public transportation, taxi, bus, metro, underground and touristic "sightseen" coaches are right in front of the building.
