Accessible rooms are available. Rooms have either a roll-in shower with a hand-held shower head and grab bars (some with a tub) or a standard tub with grab bars in the tub. Grab bars are also near the standard toilet. The rooms feature enlarged door openings, and there is visual notification offered for the hotel alarm system and phone.

• TRADITIONAL ROOMS
  These beautifully restored rooms feature one full-sized bed, a work desk and historic vintage decor featuring cherry wood furnishings, 19th century reproduction artwork and crown molding. Maximum occupancy is two people per room. 125 square feet.
• DELUXE ROOMS
  These rooms feature two full-size beds or one queen- or king-size bed, a work desk and historic vintage decor featuring cherry wood furnishings, 19th century reproduction artwork and crown molding. 210 square feet.
• EXECUTIVE ROOMS
  These spacious oversized rooms include one king bed or two full-size beds, a sitting area with a work desk, a queen size sleeper sofa, a coffee table, two sofa chairs and a nook with a vanity, historic vintage decor featuring cherry wood furnishings, 19th century reproduction artwork and crown molding. 400 square feet.
  
• PREMIER SUITES
  These spacious accommodations are custom-appointed, honoring a historic Massachusetts figure with historic vintage decor featuring cherry wood furnishings, 19th century reproduction artwork and crown molding. Each suite includes one king bed or two full-size beds with a separate formal living room containing a pull-out sofa, a coffee table, arm chairs and a work desk area. 520 square feet.
• FREEDOM TRAIL FAMILY SUITE
  The Freedom Trail Family Suite consists of one bedroom and a common living area adjoined to a children's sleeping nook featuring bunk beds, bean bag chairs, an activity table with chairs, barrel-style nightstands, fisherman-styled table lamps, brightly colored furniture and children's colonial-style costumes for play within the suite. 620 sq feet
• HARVEY PARKER SUITE
  This suite is decorated with custom cherry wood furnishings honoring the founder of The Parker House. The suite consists of a large dining room area that seats eight, a connecting half bath and a butlers pantry that includes a microwave and refrigerator. The oversized bedroom features a private entrance, conversation area and vanity area with a large bathroom including a Jacuzzi tub. The living room consists of arm chairs, a coffee table, a love seat and a sleeper sofa. 100 sq feet
